Job summary

The Boys’ Club of New York is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate youth programs at our 321 E 111th St location. You will work closely with the Teen Director and a team of program assistants, volunteers, and staff to deliver engaging activities for members aged 7–21.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth development, education, or afterschool programs.
• Strong communication with youth, staff, and parents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or with a team.
• Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and facilitation of programs and curricula.
• Plan and manage daily activities in clubhouse and external spaces.
• Assist Teen Director with events, parent activities, and trips.
• Assist Teen Director in training, supervision, and evaluation of frontline staff and volunteers.
• Use behavior management strategies and report incidents.
• Attend mandatory professional development trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
