Job summary

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Part-Time Teen Coordinator at the Greenpoint branch to lead teen programs during school year, after school, and Saturdays. You will supervise teen activities, manage data entry, and coordinate with community partners to ensure engaging, safe programming.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 2+ years working with teens, and strong leadership and intercultural communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with teens/youth and planning activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Education or Social Work is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of teens in the program with close supervision.
• Manage administrative data entry in Youth Service.NET and AS400; coordinate paperwork and surveys.
• Plan and implement program registration, workshops, and events with support from Teen Advisors.
