The North Carolina Department of Administration seeks a Program Coordinator III, Youth Programming Coordinator, to plan and manage the State Government Internship Program, Lady Cardinal Mentorship Program, and State Youth Council activities. You will recruit, place, and support youth participants, work with schools and agencies, and supervise summer interns.

• Knowledge of youth development, experiential learning, and program planning.
• Ability to independently manage statewide programs, application processes, and deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage internship, mentorship, and youth council programs with recruitment, placement, and learning activities.
• Coordinate statewide youth programming, conferences, and mini-grant administration.
• Build partnerships with agencies and educational institutions; prepare program materials.
• Coordinate hiring, timekeeping, payroll questions, and budget tracking with multiple departments.
