Job summary

RiseBoro seeks a Program Coordinator to support school-based youth programming, ensuring activities align with curriculum and targets. You will maintain program logs, assist with scheduling, enroll participants, and help coordinate special events and field trips.

• Must have a passion for working with youth.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth implementation of RiseBoro programming at school-based sites.
• Maintain logs and program databases, keep them up to date.
• Help plan schedules and enroll participants in activities.
• Assist in planning events, projects, and field trips.
• Ensure program targets are met and activities align with work plans.
• Support budget and procurement processes and document expenses.
• Assist Site Coordinator and Supervisors with tasks as needed.
• During July–August, transition to a comparable role with similar duties.
