Job summary

RiseBoro Community Partnership seeks a Program Coordinator to support its school-based programming, ensuring all academic, social, and recreational components align with curricula. You will maintain logs and databases, enroll participants, and assist in events and field trips.

The role requires collaboration with site leaders, helps manage budgets, and ensures performance targets are met. July–August transition may occur to a comparable role with similar duties.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth functioning of RiseBoro programming at school-based sites.
• Maintain required logs and program databases; keep them updated.
• Help create school-based program schedule and enroll participants.
• Assist in planning, coordination and supervision of events and field trips.
• Ensure program targets are met and activities follow work plans.
• Support budget and fiscal processing, including tracking expenses and procurement.
• Complete tasks as directed by Site Coordinator and Supervisors.
• During July and August, transition to a similar role with comparable duties.
