Job summary

YMCA Robertson County is seeking a Family Services Coordinator (Part-time) to lead youth programs and support families in our community. The role involves overseeing the YPLAY and Youth Activity Center, scheduling activities, and daily operations.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing feedback. Responsibilities include creating arts, crafts, and fitness programs for children aged 2-11 and handling admin tasks while keeping facilities well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children ages 2-11 (preferred).
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee YPLAY and Youth Activity Center programs, including planning activities, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff while providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Create arts, crafts, and fitness programs that encourage healthy lifestyles for kids aged 2-11.
• Interact with families to address concerns and build positive relationships.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure supplies and facilities are well-maintained.
