Job summary

You will assist with data entry, attendance tracking, communications, program marketing, outreach, and logistics, while coordinating with staff, partners, and volunteers to expand program offerings across the city and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Less than a high school diploma; less than 1 year customer service, office support, recreation program implementation or related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and delivery of teen programs, camps, after-school activities, workshops, and events.
• Engage with teen participants to promote inclusion, build rapport, and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance tracking, and database management.
