Job summary

YMCA of the Triangle is seeking a Youth Program Director in Raleigh, NC to lead and grow our youth programs and oversee staff and volunteers. You will coordinate program operations, budgets, and partnerships to deliver safe, high-quality experiences for participants.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to the YMCA mission, with flexibility for evenings and weekends and in-person work across branches.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field preferred, 1+ year of related experience.
• Experience building community and fostering relationships through programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow youth programs including before/after school, summer day camp, and outreach.
• Supervise and develop part-time staff and volunteers.
• Manage program operations and budgets, ensuring quality experiences.
• Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.
