Job summary

U.S. Dream Academy seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee Baltimore Learning Center programming, support mentoring activities, and manage data and reports.

This full-time role, based in Baltimore, MD, works with the Center Director to ensure accurate student records, grant documentation, and smooth mentor-mentee matching while strengthening relationships with students, families, school staff, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with elementary/middle school students in school or after-school settings.
• Strong data collection, documentation, tracking, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting mentoring programs and volunteers.
• Experience creating workflows and tracking systems to improve operations.
• Attention to detail, follow-through, and initiative.
• Grant-funded programming and reporting experience; MSDE grant experience strongly preferred.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with students, families, mentors, school staff, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning Center programming with the Center Director.
• Support mentoring activities and mentor-mentee matching.
• Maintain accurate student and program data.
• Ensure grant-related documentation and reporting on time and accurately.
• Support mentor engagement and coordination with volunteers.
