Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln seeks a Program Associate for the Nebraska College Preparatory Academy (NCPA) in Omaha. The role provides personalized academic support to NCPA students and oversees multi-day summer programming at UNL.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized academic support and guidance to NCPA students in Omaha.
Coordinate multi-day summer programming for NCPA high school students at UNL.
Coordinate recruitment programs in Omaha and meet with school counselors and prospective students.
Serve as liaison between UNL, Omaha, and community organizations; plan and implement events for recruitment/retention of first-generation/low-income students.
