Job summary

The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas is seeking a Compliance Coordinator/Trainer to ensure licensing and corporate compliance at the facility. You will work with the Rite of Passage Program Director to support day-to-day operations and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities include auditing and training staff, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with state agencies. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree and experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of auditing and training experience or a bachelor’s degree with one year of auditing/training.
• Ability to learn the Rite of Passage (ROP) system and train staff.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check, drug, TB and related screenings.
• Must pass registry checks for child abuse.

Responsibilities

• Ensure licensing and corporate compliance at The Oaks Academy site.
• Collaborate with the Rite of Passage Program Director.
• Train staff and maintain compliance documentation.
