Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a youth setting is required.
• Strong understanding of youth development and safe program delivery.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior in group activities.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, supervise and evaluate activities in Academics, Social Recreation and Physical Education.
• Provide homework help and tutoring to members daily.
• Maintain attendance records and reports on member progress.
• Recruit and engage parents and coordinate with school partners.
• Ensure safety and supervise members to meet program quality standards.
