Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Demonstrated ability in working with children, parents and community leaders
• Knowledge of youth development
• Ability to deal effectively with members including discipline problems
• Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision and facilities management
• Ability to deal with the general public (both verbal and written)
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the site, focusing on programs, service delivery, and staff supervision
• Oversees facilities management and equipment
• Maintains records and reports attendance and participation
• Develops partnerships with parents and community leaders
• Leads weekly site meetings and coordinates events
