You will support planning and implementing curricula, ensuring a fun and safe environment for children across age groups. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of verified childcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons.
• Cultivate a sensitive, patient childcare environment for both children and families.
• Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
• Supervise each child in your care by identifying, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, ensuring safety.
• Uphold YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for quality childcare.
