Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with an eligible education/experience combination as listed.
• Qualifying degrees or credentials must be regionally accredited and relevant to child care/education.
• Specific training and clock-hour requirements must be met within set timeframes.

• Coach, mentor, and direct staff to meet program goals.
• Ensure child safety through constant supervision and guidance.
• Use positive behavior strategies and promote social-emotional development.
