Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a CSI Program Site Manager to ensure positive youth development across daily activities and supervise staff while assisting with curriculum implementation.

You'll lead program quality initiatives, manage materials ordering, and provide direct service when needed, while building strong relationships with school administration, teachers, and staff to support Safe & Strong youth programs in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent with 30 semester hours in related fields and 750 hours of experience.
• 6 semester hours in related fields and 1560 hours of experience.
• Preferred: 64 semester hours in child development or early childhood education with 21 sem hours in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program quality and assist in curriculum implementation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff; oversee materials ordering.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with school administration, teachers, and staff.
