Job summary

Oklahoma Military Department in Oklahoma City seeks a Shift Supervisor-1 to monitor and supervise Residential Advisors and youth cadets in the Sooner Job Challenge Program. You will mentor cadets, enforce program rules, and coordinate training and resources in a quasi-military environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of experience including 1 year in youth supervision, strong communication, and computer skills with Google and Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year supervising youth.
• Must be able to work in a team/collaborative environment and maintain discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supervises 3-5 Residential Advisors and their platoons (35-40 youths).
• Maintains discipline and security in a quasi-military setting.
• Mentors cadets and acts as second-level counselor and problem solver.
• Plans resources and supervises training; maintains required documentation.
