The state also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.**Basic Purpose****:** Monitors and supervises 3-5 Residential Advisors and their platoons, which consist of 35-40 youth (ages 17-21) in the Sooner Job Challenge Program.**Essential Functions:*** Maintains accountability of all platoons at all times.* Maintains discipline and security within a quasi-military atmosphere and develops team-oriented attitude in the cadet corps.* Mentor and role model for cadets in the program.* Second level counselor and problem solver for the cadets.* Enforces program rules and policies* Plans resources and supervises training.* Supervises and maintains support documentation as tasked to the Operations Department in accordance with NGB and SJC guidelines. Maintains personnel support documentation on staff personnel assigned, to include annual ratings.* May have a rotating shift.
