Job summary

Abbott House seeks an Assistant Residence Manager to oversee daily operations under the Residence Manager’s direction. You will supervise Direct Care Workers, coordinate meetings, and assist with payroll and service-plan reviews to support youth programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least three years of supervisory experience, plus a valid driver's license. Evening and weekend availability is expected in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff in the absence of the Residence Manager.
• Represent the Residence Manager at meetings and conferences.
• Review payroll sheets bi-weekly and assist with service plan reviews.
• Monitor daily logs, expenditures, clothing inventories and census.
• Ensure medication administration complies with agency standards.
