Qualifications include a four-year college degree (health/human services preferred) and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong organization, communication, and travel readiness across the island as required.

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency - general major.
• Bachelor's degree in health and human services field preferred.
• Over two years, up to and including four years of experience.
• Experience supervising program operations and direct service staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the program.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the delivery of services and contracts.
• Provide supervision and support to staff and act as a backup.
