Child & Family Service on Kauai is seeking a Program Supervisor I ELP to oversee after-school programs, supervise staff, and coordinate services across contracts. This role conducts weekly case reviews, provides direct youth services, and produces timely program reports.
Requirements include a four-year college degree with 4–6 years of related experience; substitutions possible for the degree. A Hawaii driver’s license and islandwide travel ability are required.

Directs, monitors, and coordinates the services of After School programs and contracts assigned. Supervises staff. Conducts weekly case reviews, supervision, and provides direct services to youth. Composes program reports including quarterly and annual reports in a timely and accurate manner
Significant experience supporting and working effectively with at-risk youth in community, educational, or social service environments.
