Child & Family Service seeks a Program Supervisor I ELP - Kauai to direct, monitor and coordinate After School programs and contracts. The role supervises staff, conducts weekly case reviews, and provides direct services to youth with timely reporting.

A strong background in youth services and program management is essential. Qualifications include a Four-Year College Degree and extensive experience with at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited school with a general major.
• Basic knowledge or training in social work, professional accounting, finance, business administration or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and coordinates After School services and contracts.
• Supervises staff and conducts weekly case reviews and supervision.
• Provides direct services to youth and prepares program reports (quarterly and annual).
