Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) is seeking a Youth Coordinator to oversee the Workforce Investment Act/Workforce Opportunity and Innovation Act program, ensuring goals are met and quality services are delivered. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supports staff in policy interpretation and training.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years in workforce development, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in workforce development or WIOA-related work.
• Experience in supervisory roles and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Workforce Investment Act/WIOA program to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate policies and provide technical assistance to staff.
• Develop and deliver program-specific training based on monitoring results.
• Ensure program compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
