YMCA of Coastal Georgia, Inc. seeks a YBASE Group Leader to supervise children ages 4-14 and support day-to-day program operations. You will implement activity centers, assist with attendance and transportation records, and help with snacks and meals while maintaining health and safety standards.

Required are 18+ years of age, CPR/First Aid within 90 days, and a background check; prior experience with school-age children is preferred. Training and staff meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with school-age children preferred.
• Basic understanding of child development principles.

Responsabilités

• Supervise groups of children ages 4-14 indoors and outdoors.
• Implement curriculum set by Program Director and prepare activities.
• Assist Site Director with attendance, sign-in/out, and transportation logs.
• Help distribute snacks/meals and maintain accurate counts.
• Uphold health, safety, and YMCA standards; sanitize areas as needed.
• Report suspicions of abuse as a Mandated Reporter; participate in trainings.
