Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc is seeking a part-time youth program assistant to support the Program Leader and coordinators in delivering engaging after-school activities.

The role emphasizes youth development, teamwork, and a positive environment. Responsibilities include instruction, documentation, and collaboration with staff to ensure safe, high-quality programming for club members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Youth development experience is a plus.
• Part-time position with hours 2pm-8pm.
• Hourly rate announced: $15.50/hour; great benefits including PTO and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Leader, Education Coordinator and/or P.E. Coordinator in implementing programs for Club members.
• Stimulate interest through skill instruction, events, tournaments and member recognition.
• Maintain records for attendance, meals, and other program metrics.
• Provide individual guidance and build growth-focused relationships with members.
• Maintain clean, safe program areas and equipment.
• Participate in mandatory professional development trainings.
• Collaborate with Program Coordinator on Continuous Quality Improvement plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Leader.
