Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc. seeks a part-time Program Leader to plan and implement youth programs after school hours. Responsibilities include guiding members, creating engaging activities, and maintaining a safe, well-organized environment.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 1 year youth development experience; ability to work 2pm–8pm; CPR/First Aid preferred. Competitive hourly pay and paid time off provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1 year of youth development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual guidance and establish relationships with members that promote growth and development.
• Create weekly program schedules reflecting the program model and quality components.
• Provide supervision and direction to Assistant Program Leaders.
• Ensure program areas are clean, orderly and safe.
• Participate in professional development trainings as required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by WFDC Coordinator/Director.
