Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, Education or HR and at least three years' experience in workforce settings, emphasizing customer service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience applying workforce legislation and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Workforce Investment Act/WIOA program to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate policies and provide technical assistance to staff.
• Ensure program compliance with laws, regulations, and contract requirements.
• Develop and deliver program-specific training and materials.
• Analyze program data and monitor performance to drive improvements.
• Prepare monitoring reports and communicate findings to management.
