Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Youth Coordinator/Outreach Specialist to manage WIOA program requirements, coordinate services, and maintain knowledge of applicable laws. Based in the Dubuque IA area, this exempt role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes extreme customer service.

You will develop and deliver training, monitor performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with leadership to exceed program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with workforce investment programs (WIOA) preferred and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving and data analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program to meet/exceed defined goals and stay current with laws and regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to staff to improve performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance and successful outcomes.
• Develop and deliver program-specific training and monitor results.
• Prepare reports and monitoring documents and communicate findings to management.
