Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Youth Point Master's Level Clinician at Youth Point Clinic in Hyannis, MA. Requires a Master’s degree and licensure eligibility with at least one year of youth experience. Schedule is full-time with a mix of day/evening hours and some Saturdays; remote/hybrid options available.

The role includes crisis intervention, counseling, case management, and collaboration with families, with ongoing trainings and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the listed disciplines or closely related field.
• Must be eligible for independent licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or LADC1.
• Must have 1+ years of experience working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and crisis de-escalation when needed.
• Maintain assigned caseload; provide direct care including assessments, counseling, and treatment planning.
• Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
• Coordinate with families and aftercare services as appropriate.
• Attend mandatory trainings and weekly clinical supervision.
