Commander, Navy Installations Command seeks a Youth Director to administer a developmentally appropriate SAC/YP program for up to 199 children. You will manage program operations, oversee staff, ensure safety and compliance with DoN policies, and coordinate data collection for planning.

Responsibilities include budgeting, resource management, staff development, and collaboration with CYP Directors to optimize services for families and youth across the installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to youth programs.
• Three years of specialized full-time experience working with children and/or youth.
• Education coursework must include 24 higher level semester hours in a child-related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise SAC/YP for up to 199 children.
• Oversee staff performance and safety per DoN policies.
• Develop surveys and needs assessments for planning and reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting, funding and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with CYP Directors to optimize program operations and PIB.
• Provide training to staff to ensure competency and career progression.

Formation

Bachelor's degree related to youth programs

Coursework totaling 24 higher level semester hours in child-related field

Three years of specialized full-time experience with children/youth
