Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk children/adolescents.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and volunteers and coordinate with partners.
• Monitor progress, adjust programs, and uphold policies.
