Qualifications

• One year of experience working with children or similar settings.
• Ability to engage small groups of youth in structured activities.
• Strong communication and ability to build trust with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate resilience-building and wellness programming for youth and families.
• Build consistent relationships with youth and caregivers through ongoing engagement.
• Support trauma-informed discussions in an age-appropriate manner.
• Collect data and assist with program activities under supervision.
• Connect participants to Carson Tahoe Health services and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of participation, referrals, and outcomes.
• Represent CTVs and Carson Tahoe Health professionally in community settings.
