Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum 18 years old; working toward a high school diploma by year end.
• Enjoy working with children in K-5th grade.
• Flexible schedule to meet changing needs; available to work Mon-Fri 2:30–6:15.
• Ability to lead fitness activities and supervise activities.
• Willing to learn online tools and classroom technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities (arts, STEM, reading, fitness, nutrition) in-person or online.
• Assist with homework and academic enrichment.
• Prepare learning environment, lessons, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized classrooms and common areas.
• Promote inclusive, welcoming environment; be a positive role model.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure participant safety.
• Follow CDC guidelines and comply with policies.
