The Program Aide will be responsible for the providing oversight, coordination and organization of activities appropriate for participants physical, emotional, intellectual and social growth. The Program Aide will assist in providing direct support to the Program Director and Assistant Program Director in order to provide quality program needs of those UAU serves within the community. The Program Aide is responsible to effectively communicate when issues or incidents arise in a timely manner.
