Job summary

The Youth Prevention Program Manager at Boys & Girls Club of Burbank is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing youth prevention initiatives and grant-funded programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with youth, including high-risk or underserved populations.
• Experience coordinating youth programs, prevention initiatives, case management, mentoring, or similar services.
• Experience managing program timelines, deliverables, documentation, and multiple priorities.
• Supervisory experience preferred; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day planning, coordination, implementation and tracking of prevention programs and grant-funded initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, schedules, and deliverable trackers to meet grant requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate prevention programming across sites and with community partners, schools, and service providers.
