The position emphasizes community-based work, documentation, and participation in supervision, enabling meaningful recovery journeys for clients and families.

Formación

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be located in Ohio.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, Word and Excel.
• Completion of Youth and Adult Certified Peer Support Training within 90 days from start date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have lived experience with mental health/substance use issues.

Responsabilidades

• Share personal journey with purpose to youth and young adults.
• Assist youth to identify and build community and natural supports.
• Collect and share information about community resources for youth/young adults.
• Collaborate with clinical services to address member needs using wrap-around methods.
• Support young adults and caregivers in understanding available services.
• Assist in identifying informal supports and advocating within public systems.
• Document and submit accurate time, mileage, and expense records on time.
• Conduct at least 50% of activities in community-based settings.
• Participate in weekly supervision/coaching.
