Job summary

The WRK Group is seeking a Navigational Coach in Delaware to build partnerships with out-of-school youth (ages 16-24) and provide ongoing guidance from intake through post-exit follow-up. You will help youth set goals, monitor progress, and connect them with services to promote economic mobility.

Responsibilities include case management, recruitment and enrollment processes, documentation, budgeting, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ experience with at-risk participants in social services/education.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic preferred; First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to reduce barriers and support ongoing participation.
• Oversee recruitment, intake, eligibility, enrollment, and documentation.
• Develop Individual Service Strategies and update monthly.
• Assist with employment and post-secondary placements and follow-up.
• Coordinate community engagement, budgets, and vendor relations.
