Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a dedicated In-School Youth Program Navigator to support youth through career exploration, work readiness training, and case management. Travel to partner schools and paid work sites is required to deliver programming and provide direct participant support.

The role focuses on developing employer partnerships, facilitating internships and work-based learning, and ensuring timely access to resources while maintaining compliant records and participant progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth and at-risk youth.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Background checks required including standard clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging education, work readiness, and social-emotional learning activities aligned with school priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes for program reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with host schools and employers to provide work-based learning opportunities, including rotations and placements.
• Provide job search support, placement services, and ongoing guidance to participants.
• Build collaborative relationships with participants, employers, funders, and partners to support program effectiveness.
