Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Peer Counselor (Youth Partner) to provide behavioral health support to youth and families in Tukwila and Burien, WA. Applicants should have personal experience with community mental health services and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or older.
• Personal experience as a recipient of community/mental health services in the past ten years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate services for youth and families in behavioral health.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure youth perspectives are included in treatment.
• Help families build confidence and achieve long-term stability.
