Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a Peer Counselor – Youth Partner in Vancouver, WA to support youth and families within our Family Behavioral Health team. The role emphasizes lived youth experience, collaborative treatment planning, and community-based service delivery.

Relocation assistance is available. The position requires driving to homes and community sites, with extensive training and supervision provided to promote person-centered, strength-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older.
• Personal lived experience as a youth who received behavioral health or related services within the past ten years.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Youth Partners collaborate, provide support and help facilitate services for youth and their families.
• Help youth express their perspectives in treatment planning and support recovery goals.
• Work flexible hours and travel to youth homes and community sites as needed.
