Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Peer Counselor (Youth Partner) to join our team in Bremerton. The role centers on delivering family-focused behavioral health supports in home and community settings, guided by evidence-informed practices.

The Youth Partner will use personal lived experience to empower youth and families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help plan recovery journeys with a focus on safety and long-term stability.

Qualifikationen

• Requires personal lived experience as a youth who received community/mental health services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates culturally competent service delivery in multicultural settings.
• Flexible scheduling; may not be a traditional 8–5 shift.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the team to support youth and families in receiving services.
• Help youth articulate their perspectives and ensure it informs treatment planning.
• Provide peer support to promote recovery, safety and stability in the home and community.
