Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older.
• Personal lived experience as a parent of a youth who received services.
• Ability to drive to family homes with reliable transportation and valid license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to assess safety in homes and community.
• Flexible availability beyond standard hours.
• Willingness to disclose personal parenting experiences as needed.
• Successfully pass required background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Family Behavioral Health team to support youth and families.
• Help facilitate services for families in home and community settings.
• Ensure a parent’s perspective is heard in treatment planning and team discussions.
