The Transitional Living Program Outreach Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building trust with runaway and homeless youth eligible for the TLP. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Two years of experience working directly with youth, especially homeless youth.
• Experience in street outreach, crisis intervention, and case management desired.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks and have valid driver’s license and car.
