Job summary

UCAN is seeking a Lead Community Support Specialist for the Transitional Living Program ( TLP ) to supervise on-site staff and coordinate daily operations in a residential setting.

You’ll oversee scheduling, provide training and support to peers, and document client progress under the TLP treatment team. This on-site role requires strong crisis intervention skills and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• BSW/BS/BA or Associates Degree preferred with at least 2 years experience working with children and adolescents.
• GED or HS Diploma required with 5+ years’ experience working with children and adolescents.
• Previous supervisory/scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site Community Support Specialists and schedule shifts.
• Provide training, guidance and performance feedback to CSS staff.
• Maintain client progress notes and document incidents as required.
