Ozone House seeks an Outreach Coordinator I to join the Outreach Team. The role designs and carries out school, community, and street outreach, provides crisis assessments, short-term interventions, and case management for youth, helping them access internal and external services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience working with homeless, exploited or high-risk youth.
• 3+ years in crisis intervention and customer service.
• Comfort with outreach work and meeting clients in community settings.
• Ability to collaborate with public systems and providers.
• Experience engaging with diverse identities and communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing coverage at the Drop-In Center.
• Plan and facilitate group-based Positive Youth Development programming.
• Provide gateway services (housing navigation, basic needs) during daytime hours.
• Maintain an active caseload of 20–30 clients and coordinate services.
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term stabilization for youth.
