Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a licensed Therapist to join the Outpatient Program at Willow Springs Center in Reno, NV. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support youth ages 6 to 17.

The role includes documenting progress and coordinating discharge planning. Responsibilities include delivering group, individual, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar field.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting preferred.
• Must possess licensure as an LCSW, LCPC or MFT; provide licensure at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients in the Outpatient Program.
• Perform assessments and create treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Document interactions and progress in patient charts.
• Engage in discharge planning and deliver group, individual, and family therapy.
• Respond to crises and address hostile behaviors per facility interventions.
