Job summary

Willow Springs Center in Reno, NV seeks a licensed Therapist for our Inpatient Program. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, participate on an interdisciplinary team, and document patient progress in charts.

The role includes group, individual, and family therapy, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community providers. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings; DBT training a plus.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC or MFT; licensure evidence required at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in the Inpatient Program; perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage in group, individual, and family therapy; participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Document patient interactions and progress; contribute to discharge planning and crisis intervention.
