Wheeler Clinic in Hartford, CT seeks a Crisis Clinician to deliver mobile crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization for children birth through age 17. You will respond in the community, coordinating safety planning and immediate supports with families and schools.

Starting salary is $65,000 with licensure reimbursement and specialty trainings within the MCIS program. This full‑time hybrid role offers supervision, licensure assistance, and growth opportunities within EMPS.

Formación

• Conducts program specific screening and evaluation per DSM.
• Develops and documents measurable crisis and treatment plans.
• Provides mobile crisis services in community settings.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to crisis in community settings and provides stabilization.
• Coordinates safety planning and referrals with families and partners.
• Travels for home, school, hospital visits as needed.
• Maintains documentation per policy and reporting protocols.
• Collaborates with EMPS team and Department of Children and Families.
• Attends supervision and trainings as required.

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling or Doctoral degree in Psychology
