Job summary

CPY0001 Young Life Incorporated is seeking Mission Staff to lead and participate in dynamic Young Life ministry among middle school students in Longmont. You will coach volunteer leaders, plan club and Campaigners activities, and guide outreach through contact work within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilize a dedicated team of volunteer leaders to build a Christ-centered movement among middle schoolers in Longmont.
• Plan and execute club, Campaigners and contact work to reach students with the Gospel.
• Develop and implement a summer and school-year camping strategy and work with area leadership on ministry outcomes.
