Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead ministry programs for teens and volunteers.
• Recruit, train and support volunteer leaders and staff.
• Coordinate with area leadership and church partners to implement youth programs.
• Oversee budgeting, logistics and camp planning in alignment with Young Life policies.
• Attend mandatory staff trainings and ministry meetings.
